We love our work and the special feeling we get in our coffee house. Because we work closely with Hotel Melanie, we are not always at Das Kaffeehaus (and sometimes you just need a day off).
But one thing is for sure, no matter which one of us is at the coffee house, we take care of every guest with the same dedication!
Our philosophy of teamwork has a name – the “Economy for the Common Good”. And this is something our guests can feel! Our journey began more than 10 years ago when we founded Hotel Melanie as a family business, and our work was honored with this special award in 2021.
It goes without saying that we follow these principles in the Kaffeehaus, in the old city of Salzburg, too.
